Publika participation terms.

Publika is the community for Momentum cinemaOS. It uses your existing Momentum account. These terms cover your use of Publika alongside the cinemaOS Terms and Licence Agreement. Your cinemaOS plan, trial, software licence, billing and consumer rights remain governed by that agreement. Publika does not require a separate subscription.

1. Who provides Publika

Julien Kerknawi, trading as Momentum Studios, is a Belgian sole trader with enterprise number 0648.946.826 and VAT number BE0648946826. Registered establishment: Jules Van Biesbroeckstraat 156, 9050 Gent, Belgium. Contact support@mntm-studios.com. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

2. Your account and profile

The same verified Momentum account opens cinemaOS and Publika. Choose a public username before posting, following, messaging or appearing in the creator directory. Your public name, profile and posts are visible to other people as shown in the interface. Keep your credentials private, use your own identity, and do not impersonate another creator or Momentum staff.

3. What you share

You keep ownership of your writing, images and other work. Share only material that you own or have permission to publish, including permission from collaborators and people depicted. Do not upload private client work, personal information or unreleased material without permission.

To operate Publika, you grant Momentum a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, format, moderate and make available the material you post for as long as it remains on Publika. This includes indexing public posts in Publika search and showing public answers as community knowledge. It does not give us permission to sell your work or use it in advertising outside Publika. Ask us to remove a use that goes beyond these terms.

4. Conversations and creator servers

Creators can start their own servers and set a subject and channels. Server owners may manage membership and discussion within the Community Guidelines. Momentum may intervene across any server to address unlawful material, safety risks or serious rule violations. Direct messages are private to their participants and service staff only when access is necessary for a report, security incident or legal duty. They are encrypted at rest by the service; they are not end-to-end encrypted.

5. Rules, reports and decisions

Follow the Community Guidelines. You can report content, a message or a server. We may restrict material or an account when it breaks the law or these rules. We will explain a restriction to the affected creator and offer an appeal route where required. A human reviews appeals. We may act urgently where needed to protect people or the service.

6. Leaving Publika

You may stop posting or delete your Momentum account through the account portal. A deletion request has a 30-day grace period under the account process. The deletion screen lets you choose whether your public Publika contributions are anonymised as “Former creator” so answers remain useful, or deleted. Private profile data, messages, follows and settings are removed after the grace period, subject to records we must keep for law, security or a dispute. 7. Changes and rights

We may update Publika and these terms. Material changes will be shown before they take effect, and we will ask for renewed acceptance where required. Belgian law governs these terms, while EU consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer or data protection rights.
