Safety and contact.
Report illegal content, ask about a moderation decision, or reach a person at Momentum. These routes are available without a Publika account.
Contact a person
Our electronic user contact point under Article 12 of the Digital Services Act is support@mntm-studios.com. For a human response, email us with the content link or decision reference and what you need help with. A person monitors this address. We handle requests in English and Dutch; you may write in Dutch or English. Do not include your password, a sign-in code or private project files.
Contact for authorities
EU Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can contact Momentum directly through our Article 11 contact point at support@mntm-studios.com. Please identify the authority, include the order or request and a secure reply contact, and use Dutch or English.
Publika is provided by Julien Kerknawi, trading as Momentum Studios, a Belgian sole trader. Enterprise number 0648.946.826; VAT BE0648946826. Registered establishment: Jules Van Biesbroeckstraat 156, 9050 Gent, Belgium.
Report illegal content
Use the illegal-content notice form. Give the exact link or content identifier, explain why you believe it is illegal, and confirm that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. The form explains which contact details are needed and the exception for reports of sexual abuse or exploitation of children. You do not need an account or a paid cinemaOS plan. Send a link or identifier rather than downloading or attaching illegal material.
Keep the receipt reference. We acknowledge notices and communicate the outcome using the contact details provided. A report is assessed on its facts; submitting one does not automatically mean the content is illegal or will be removed.
How moderation works
The Community Guidelines explain the rules. Automated safeguards may temporarily hold posts following weighted reports or abuse-prevention signals. A hold is for review, rather than a final finding that the content is illegal. Distribution of new accounts' posts can also be limited as explained in the terms. Staff can release, hide or remove content, or restrict an account when warranted by the law or those rules. We consider the content, context, severity and repeat behaviour.
A restriction explanation identifies the affected content or account, what changed, the facts and rule or legal ground relied on, its scope and duration where applicable, and the use of automated detection or decision-making. It also tells you how to ask for review. A reporter's private contact details are not part of the creator's explanation.
Ask for review
If you disagree with a content restriction, account restriction or the outcome of your illegal-content notice, you can ask for a free human review. Open Moderation and appeals, use the private route in the decision, or email support@mntm-studios.com, giving its reference and why you believe it is wrong. This route remains available when your Publika account is restricted. You can request review for at least six months after being informed of the decision. You may include supporting facts or ask an authorised representative to act for you. A human considers the request and explains whether the decision is upheld or changed.
Urgent danger
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (112 in the EU). Also send us the exact Publika link. Credible information suggesting a criminal offence involving a threat to life or safety is escalated for prompt review and notification to the competent authorities where required by Article 18. We verify official requests and limit disclosure to what is necessary.
Other routes
You retain the right to go to court. Where applicable under the Digital Services Act, you may choose a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body whose expertise and languages cover your dispute. The European Commission maintains the current list of certified bodies and their scope. Check the body's coverage and fees before applying.
You can also complain about a service's compliance with the DSA to the Digital Services Coordinator where you live or are established. In Belgium, see BIPT's complaint instructions. The Commission lists the coordinators in other EU Member States.
